| Sr. Design Engineer (8-12 years, expertise in FEA software like ANSYS, static equipment, and P&ID development) | Stress analysis, code compliance (ASME, API), proficiency in mechanical design, and P&ID expertise. |
| Design Engineer (2-5 years, Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAE tools, P&ID drafting) | 3D modeling, CAD, mechanical design principles, and understanding of process flow diagrams (P&ID) |
| Chemical Engineer (3-6 years, expertise in thermal mechanical design for static and rotary equipment) | Thermal design, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, process optimization, and equipment design (heat exchangers, reactors, etc.) |
| Project Manager (5-10 years in project management, experience in engineering projects) | Project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and leading cross-functional teams in the engineering sector. |
